Another Sign Animals Are Smarter Than We Are: Watch This Crow

When I was very little, my father captured a crow and we kept it for a pet for awhile.

This crow, named "007" had a complex
puzzle to figure out. Did he?  

Darn thing was the smartest thing. It could figure out anything.

So I wasn't surprised when I saw the clip, which you'll see below of a BBC show called "Inside the Animal Mind."

They gave a crow, named 007, a very complex task. It included eight steps he had to figure out in order to obtain some food as a reward.

I've probably already given you the spoiler, but watch what happens. It's really cool:
